Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jeevandaan Foundation website and your relationship with the Foundation. By accessing this website, making a donation, or participating in our activities, you agree to accept and comply with these Terms.
1. About Jeevandaan Foundation
Jeevandaan Foundation is a non-profit organization legally registered in India under:

  •  The Societies Registration Act, 1860: Registration Number MH/785/2020/Pune

  • The Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950: Registration Number F-0055180/PUNE

  • Income Tax Act, 1961: The Foundation holds provisional registration under Section 12A and approval under Section 80G
  • The registered office is located at Sr. No. 46, Office No. 301/302, 2nd Floor, Jai Ganesh Vishwa, Vishrantwadi, Pune 411015

2. Use of the Website

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a donation. If you are accessing the site as a minor, you must do so under the supervision of a parent or guardian

  • Permitted Use: You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, such as learning about our charitable activities (educational support, medical camps, animal welfare, etc.)  and making voluntary donations

  • Prohibited Conduct: You must not use this website to post offensive content, distribute viruses, or attempt to breach the site's security

3. Donations and Tax Exemption

  • Voluntary Contribution: All donations made to Jeevandaan Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable

  • Use of Funds: Donations will be utilized for the Foundation's objectives, including social welfare, education, healthcare, and environmental conservation
  • 80G Tax Benefits: Jeevandaan Foundation is provisionally approved under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Indian donors may be eligible for a tax deduction of 50% on their donation amount
  • Receipts: To receive a valid tax-exemption receipt (Form 10BE), donors must provide their full name, postal address, and Permanent Account Number (PAN) at the time of donation. We cannot issue 80G receipts without a valid PAN

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this website, including the Jeevandaan Foundation logo, text, images, and videos relating to our medical camps, educational drives, and other initiatives, is the intellectual property of Jeevandaan Foundation. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • General Rule: Donations are considered final and generally cannot be refunded.

  • Exceptions: If a transaction was made in error (e.g., a duplicate charge due to a technical glitch), please contact us at hello@jeevandaanfoundationpune.com within 7 days with proof of payment. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of the Foundation's management

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes. While we strive to keep information regarding our camps and activities accurate, Jeevandaan Foundation does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of this site.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
